As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, I can support you to feel more confident, calm, and informed around food and eating. I offer support to adolescents 13+ years and onwards.

Disordered Eating

Eating and feeding challenges related with neurodivergent experiences 

​Neurodivergent eating challenges can include sensory sensitivities, differences in hunger and fullness awareness, limited dietary variety, executive functioning challenges around meal planning or preparation, and potential nutritional gaps.

Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)

​​Nutrition can support POTS by helping manage hydration, electrolyte balance, and energy levels. Individualised meal timing, salt intake, and fluid strategies may improve symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, and digestive discomfort.

 

Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) 

​Nutrition support for EDS can help manage joint health, energy levels, digestive symptoms, and wound healing. Focus may include adequate protein, micronutrients, and strategies to support gut function and overall wellbeing.
