How I work
1. Discovery Call - 20 minutes
I offer a free discovery call before starting work together. This provides a chance fos us to connect and get a sense of what’s bringing you here. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, share a bit about your experiences, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
2. Initial Consultation - 50 minutes
The first few sessions are about getting to know each other and building a shared understanding of your experiences with food and your body. This usually takes 2–3 sessions, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll start to develop your goals and intentions, and you’re welcome to let me know any accommodations or ways of working that would help sessions feel most comfortable and accessible. You’re only ever expected to answer the questions that feel safe — there’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready.
3. Follow-up Consultations - 50minutes
We review what’s working, troubleshoot what feels tricky, and adjust strategies to ensure they continue to be aligned with your wellbeing and values.
